So good. Smells like fresh berries and Brussels funk. Fruity and juicy rhubarb, light funk and a hint of lemony lactic acidity.

[Late Check In] As a fan of rhubarb, I'm always excited to see Nath get poured. Nose has some noticable raspberry notes among the funk. Drinks very light, which let's the rhubarb open up. The raspberries come in more towards the back. Great bottle.

Something must have been off in this bottle, tasted like diet lambic. No funk, barely any sourness, pretty much tasted like a plain, dry cider

First thing, I hate rhubarb! But this beer is excelent!!! Incredible stuff really. If you have the opportunity, you have to drink at least one glass ☝🏻 Forgot to take a photo 😖

Funky, fruttatissima. Le altre annate che ho provato erano molto più vegetali e non mi erano piaciute. Stavolta invece il rabarbaro porta forti note floreali, mielose. Validissima.
