Остатки допил, но сложность понятна итак, надо перепить полную, очень интересно и прикольно. Хересовый топчик.

Unbelievable. I know it isn't aged in Sherry barrels like Zenne but I get like 90% of the same notes. Musty, oaky, oxidation, nutty, boozy. But you get a little hint of grape in there too and maybe a little sweetness too. It is my new favorite Cantillon.

Curry wine 🤤 sweet and savoury - loving it. Lambic with same notes as well, with less curry and more funk.

Curry spices mixed with white wine/vinous flavors. Super mineral from smell. Dusty and floral. Dry and mineral again, nutty, maybe even to saltiness.

Lots of nutty tart vinegar fruity notes in this. Complex. Really different. Interesting.

Well. Well...pretty difficult one. Starts off full of curry (yes, curry) and some alcohol, becomes a coffee beans beer in a few minutes..then it's alcohol with the full flavor of the vin jaune..it's of course complex, great thing. But way too messy. 3.85

Perfekt start! Flytande oxiderade russin möter rustik intjärad ek. Underbart!

Un peu moins explosif que dans mes souvenirs de 2016. Très bon, équilibre dingue. Noix délicate. 4,50

Beer #4 during today’s “Into the Wine” tasting conducted by Moeder Lambic & Cantillon in Salle Ogivale at Hotel de Ville on Grand Place in Brussels. What an amazing experience!

Smooth, sweet, still one of the most interesting lambics from a flavor profile standpoint

This bottle is amazing. Wow. I don’t remember liking this nearly as much as I do now—I guess my tastes have changed? This is fantastic and the wine is as well.

Wine : Wow. Amazing nutty toasty sherry aroma. Toffee and caramel. Flavor more tart. Much more a dinner wine than dessert. Surprising. But lovely toasty notes. Beer : nice tartness with the dry toasty finish. Not as powerful as the wine. More elegant.

Crazy complex. Not even close to the bottle i had yesterday. Earthy, raisin, defined sweetness in a great way
