Bottleshare Beauty. De 2018 verdie, zo de 2006 versie. Kurk plopte er met opener en al uit. Framboos is heftig in de geur. In de smaak ook erg goed aanwezig. Heerlijk!

June 05 2018 bottle. This bottle is in a rough spot. High acidity and a distinct vinegar twang. All other aspects are in line, just a bit too sharp in the nose and on the pallet. Will revisit in a few years.

3yo. Dundrande, syltig, fruktighet, sommarvarma hallon. Röd fruktig funk. Rejält bett av syra, oklart om denna vuxit pga åldern. Jag kan älska gammal RDG, men här saknades i kryddighet och smörighet.

Schôn bier, schôn etiket. Framboos met een beetje zuur, platteland nasmaak.

Redelijk zuur, veel koolzuur, rood fruit. Bij komkommer met gerookte forel en meloen in serrano ham.

From the cellar. More tart than sour, still good carbonation and a nice jam taste. Good aperitif beer

Skulle lige genbekræfte at frugtlambic skal drikkes frisk. Der er dælme ikke meget frugt tilbage, hvilket får den til at fremstå enormt syrlig.

Flavours of raspberries. A bit sour, but not too much (imho). Delicious, but not bad, but not really my usual style.

Thank yew Ryan C. ! Veering towards an acidic finish, and I feel the beginnings of heartburn. Tasty, but I've had better-balanced beers from Cantillon.

Oxidised. Absorbed quite a lot of the cork by now, smells like root vegetables, very dry on the finish. Disappointing but not horrible, still drank worse beers that were more expensive
