Aroma has Viognier grape’s peach, apricot along with elderflower and hints of lemon, apple and Cantillon’s dirty funk. Initial flavour is spritzy, sour, sweet and musty. Light mouthfeel. Finish is funky, oaky and slightly acidic. Lovely.

Very delicate and refined grape blend. Grapes are really well integrated with lambic. Lots of grapy and musty notes, grapeskin touch, some fruity and mineral notes. Beautiful brew.

This has developed interestingly. At the moment more geuze than grape. Aroma: white peach and some gewurztraminer. Taste is quite lemon/citrus forward like an aged cantillon geuze. After taste is some grape, white pepper. Let's see what another year does!

More vinous than what I remember from the 2020 iteration. Beautifully balanced mouthfeel with deep and lingering grapes, earthy and oak flavors. Not too acidic; lightly tannic. Elegant and refined product.

Biale wino w opór, słodkawy aromat, zero alko. Smak wytrawny, łagodny, sporo ciała, dzikość bardzo delikatna. Krystalicznie czyste w smaku, chyba nie ma osoby na świecie której by to nie smakowało, ale trochę za grzeczny

W zapachu słodko, oczywiście winogornowo, ciut skórki i drewienka. W smaku sporo drewna, subtelna kwaśność, białe owoce, miło musuje na języku, dosyć delikatne i ciut brakuje głębi, ale ogólnie smakuwka. 4.2

Sweet white grape, peach, a floral note that I'm thinking might be elderflower and some pleasant minerality compliment that classic dry vinous, green apple and hay of the lambic that follows.

Testé en trois fois. 1verre, laissé 2 jours, 1 verre, laissé 4 jour, et le finish. Et bien ça tiens bien purée ! Bien équilibré. J'ai l'impression que je trouvais la 2018 plus complexe. Le muscat ici la rend tellement buvable. On veut tout boire d'un coup
