2019, da war die Welt noch in Ordnung. Hier macht der jährliche Checkin auch Sinn - jedes Jahr schmeckt ein bisschen anders durch die Verwendung der Wildhefen. Dieses Gueuze besteht aus 3 zusammengemischten Lambics unterschiedlichen Alters. Lektion Ende.

Very different from the regular. Floral, fruity with some acidity, sharpness and a little bitter. Add a little lemon. Don’t believe Alex. It’s great.

Симпатичный ленивец. Бленд 1, 2 и 3-х летних ламбиков.Что-то подобное варят Фонтаны в серии Dosjel.Своеобразная лимонно-грушевая кислинка, великолепный баланс,совершенно не похожие на Cantillon вкусовые тона,вялость и неторопливость. У Фонтанов повкуснее.

Niks mis mee met deze langzaamaan gegeiste geuze. Lang niet zo zuur als andere geuzes en fruitig, zacht met een licht droge afdronk. Heerlijk...... Na een paar slokken score omhoog bijgesteld.

핵과 청포도 청사과 사탕같은 뭉근달달함에 탄산없고 산미도 많이없고 무디지만 꽤나 차 있는맛에 괴즈에 충실한 맛

Still finding it wild that they made this one again and that I’m getting to try it. Not much carb, but fantastically funky and fruity nose, super tasty. This should age really well.

Better than I expected for young uncarbonated gueuze. Still a bit of that weird soapy flavor they all have.

Quite unlike a Cantillon. Appears utterly flat, but there's a tight, harsh (pleasant) carbonic bite. Flavour much less delicate than most Cantillon, too. But all the better for it. Quite an acetic sourness? Tons o' Brett and grape skin. Hella complex.

Not the well-dressed regular gueuze, we've got the original Loerik 😅 and that was pretty good. Flat, tears, citrusy, woody, elegant and complex. Nice job. 4.4

Sour Sunday: Hair of the dog edition. A delicate yet complex Gueuze, oak barrel, green apples and some slight funk. Super easy drinking. A delight.
