Everything about this is lighter than the 3F before it (the tobacco, the funk, the carb) except for a more metallic tang in the middle that was missing from 3F. Enjoyed the more subtle approach here. Rating: 4.35

Lighter on the tobacco and hay funk in aroma. Bit more sour than expected, lemon peel and tangy apricot. Very light carbonation, but super silky. Less abrasive than the 3F before it, but maybe I didn't prefer that today.

Similar on both aroma and flavour as 2013 but the sweetness mellows out the bitterness and herbaceousness. Herbs, flower petals, sweet puke and very dry, yet sweet white wine.

Great water with earthy honey notes. Not bitter, but still has some hop presence. I do think a few more years on this would be money.

Picked this up at P Franco a week or so before everything went into lockdown. Got 2 bottles - drank one fresh and left this one alone. Has definitely benefited from the hops chilling out a little

Hm, troche skarpetowe, troche gorzkie, disc mocno skorzane, nieco jakichs mineralnych nutek... ziemiste... kapke zielskowe... duze wysycenie. Chyba lepsiejsze jniz swieze bylo, bo to wszystko ladnie sie laczy :) i ciut z - o dziwo - orvalem sie kojarzy

Missed the Pop n Hops share this week and they had an Iris, which made me want an Iris. Feel like this is quite bitter hoppy when fresh, from memory, but it's definitely mellowed out over time in this bottle. Really brilliant stuff. Cheers!

Missä Cantillon-suurmestari Fieni K. !? Hapanta, hienostunutta, mansikkaista. Hitaaseen hörpöttelyyn pikkurilli pystyssä. Mutta koska tyyli on vieras, niin ei tästä oikein osaa sanoa hyviä tai huonoja puolia. Niinpä lopullinen rakkaus jää syttymättä.

Got this bottle from the source a few years back, aging nicely. Typical Loon funk and very well balanced with just slight bitter finish
