有着树莓、红提子汁、酸樱桃、红醋栗以及大黄之类的味道，野菌带来的酸香隐藏在大黄带来的香气里，虽然仍有点冲，显得颇为和谐，中段开始有些新鲜的玫瑰花瓣和干玫瑰花苞味，其下才是烘烤过的谷物和全麦面包味。口高酸度高而匀整，通透的红色果香后才是麦芽壳和面包香气，整体显得比较清淡轻盈，也有很好的活泼感。

Lichtrood met witte schuimlaag. Geur: zuur, fruitig en hout. Zachte, fruitige smaak. Rood fruit, druiven, citrus, vineus, fris, mild zuur, hout en gist. Aangenaam mondgevoel en fijne balans in zuur en zoet. Mild zure, peperige, fruitige en droge afdronk.

Op de nieuwe job! Milder van smaak dan de vorige versie(s) en vrij fruitig. Blind zou ik krieken gezegd hebben. Desalniettemin lekker. Dec '22 blend.

Bottle share with the revenge of shinobi David B. A great tasting red grape and light hints of chestnut from the barrel and a bit of pepper. A nice lambic this one.
