Une gueuze bien funky de Cantillon à laquelle s'ajoute de subtils arômes de sherry (ou porto, certes). Ça ajoute vraiment une dimensionalité mais la gueuze reste sur le devant. Et contrairement aux Zenne, c'est très peu acide. J'adore.
