Top notch IPL 👌 Kind of west coaster with a lager base, clean and crisp, loads of pine resin 🌲, grapefruit, resinous bitterness, this is what I like 👍

This series is nice, interesting iteration with a not so common false fruit cynorrhodon, subtle, slightly sour, light tartness, floral, oakey side, pretty easy to drink 👍 Almost 4y / Bottled 21.09.17
almost 4 years ago
Probably the less acidic/sour of the series to me atm, delicate ripe apricot, stone, wet woody/oakey side, good balance between sourness & sweetness, makes it pretty drinkable with a lovely smooth feel 🥰, almost 4y in cellar, bottled 10.08.17 😘

Yuzu & wood, sour yuzu, old oak, lemongrass notes, some bitterness, dry finish, another good stuff from the spontan series 😋👌 Aged 4 y+ in my cellar, bottled 24.05.17 👍

Great, astringent lingonberries, oakey & vinous 🍷😋👌, dry & salivating, moderate sourness, intense on the end of the bottle with a light sweetness that gives some marzipan notes, very nice ❤️ Mikkel spontans age pretty well, 4.5 yo+ in cellar👍 09.02.17

Definitely the worst of this series I've had 😅 I wasn't able to find the carrot 🥕, only a slight earthy side, yet I'm big carrot eater (every single day!) Almost only the sourness, woody notes, too bad 🤔 Bottle 23.06.16 >>> This doesn't aged well 😐
