Zwanze 2018 - Manneken Pise Signer
Developed very nicely. Loads of grapes but the typical Gueuze drinkability.

CLAC! (Trois Cépages) (2019) Signer
Empty tap room at Cantillon? What a rare sight. Beer is drinking great. A nice amount of sweetness, some grape juice pushing through, a god amount of tartness, some tannins.

Wild funky honey. Very vinous. Very interesting. Bottled 2018, released 2019 according to Jean Moeder.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2008) Signer
Loads of lemon acidity, very full / thick taste, loads of funk, a little mold. Interesting but a little dominated by the lemon taste. Bottle label was originally 2005 but hand corrected to 2008.

Wild honey taste to it as Daniel G. described well. A bit harsh.
