Sehr spannend. Undefinierbarer Geruch, irgendwie chemisch (Pflaster?). Im Geschmack ganz leicht salzig. Mit Algen(?), Muscheln (?)

Insane! Sea water salinity, kale (ish) bitterness, mellows to more fruity but retains a tang with that cantillon sharpness to boot. On the nose it’s really pungent in a similar way to truffle and keeps pulling you back in.

Zwanze 24 at Redlight. The beer was briney AF and unlike anything I’d ever tasted. Paired well with the freshly shucked oysters🔥

Cantinollación. Maki sushi pero en cerveza. Y en vez de maguro, lúpulo. Ha mejorado en una semana. No le hace falta wasabi. Yodo contenido. Menos salina. Menos caldo de aceituna. Más equilibrada. ¿Valoramos la cerveza o el momento y sensaciones?

Happy bel8ed Zwanze. Je comprends qu’elle n’a pas été très apprécié des autres. Pour ma part c’était bien, petit côté sucré/salé qui ne me déplait pas. Tcheers.

Copenhague. On arrête au Himmeriget voir ce qu’il y a. C’est quoi les chances de tomber sur Mike le Queb (qui est maintenant proprio) et il reste encore de la Zwanze. Je l’ai encore mieux aimé parce que l’acidité était + présente que la 1ere fois.

Proiezione verso l'oceano atlantico, dove la predominante acida lascia spazio a sentori marini con finale leggermente amarognolo. Ovviamente lontano dal mondo Cantillon classico. Grazie per la condivisione alla miss Colorado🇺🇲

Had to get a third of this at an extortionate price. The beer is fantastic, almost a cider edge with clear apples balancing the lambic funk. Beer is ace, bar is ace, glassware is horrific for this style. Cheers

Loman alku ja Zwanze 2024. Päivähän oli jo 20.4, mutta vielä oli tarjolla. Hyvin erilainen ja persoonallinen Cantillon, mutta valitettavasti jää valtaosasta panimon tuotantoa. Mutta on silti noin yleisellä tasolla erittäin hyvä

Cantillon on tap × 10! This one with sea lettuce is very interesting. Don't know how to describe this. A bit like lake water with a tart finish. Can't bieve this was submerged in the sea

Weird and class, different and challenging but tasty like if King Crimson was a beer. You can tell it's Cantillon but the iodine seaweed Brine taste is quite unusual and I like it. I had to swallow radioactive iodine one time then be quarantined at home.

Weirdly I like it! It’s a love/ hate beer- big nose, quite pungent. But it grows on you, seaweed literally! Salty.

Juicy grapey fruit salad aroma. Intensely raw tropical, oaky and mildly saline. Medium tart and body, light sweet. Tangy pineapple skin and tannic floral finish. Good balance and drinkability. Very pleasant.

Happy Zwanze Day! Kelpy, salty and I don’t know, iodine hitting you in the nose and all the way down. It’s a meal of beer, although the flavour is a lot lighter on the mouth than the aroma would suggest.
