香りはトマト?青っぽい植物。飲むと一気に海苔だなあ。ちょっと塩味。もうトマト感はわからない。ちょっと柑橘。あまり酸味は強くないが、しっかり柑橘はあるな。面白いバランス。

カンティヨンを色々5杯飲んで戻った。海苔だねえ。ちょっと柑橘強めに感じるようになったかな。口か樽位置か?意識したせいかトマト香というよりは海苔な香りの方を最初から感じるな。冷静に飲むとこの塩味とランビックというのは悪くない組合せな気がする。ある意味スポドリに通じる組合せなのか、と。そういう意味では海苔というか味噌汁を飲まない海外なら受ける可能性があるのかも。

Soooooooooo..... What to say about a seaweed beer? Smells like the ocean and armpits. Has a Salty, oyster and slightly pickled flavor. Don't hate it, but certainly don't love it either. Happy Zwanze Day folks!

This was very kelp forward. I couldn’t smell it while drinking it. The smell was worse than the taste. It just became grating to drink after a while.

Eh... Sweet fruit (not sure which one) on the nose. Whatever taste, doesn't back up the fruit nor does it really give any algae or salty notes. Need to retry in a bottle. Don't trust the keg.

Smell: weird and a tas offsetting. Taste is herby and ends in some earthiness. Overall a fishy but decent executed experiment

A lot of sea in the nose. Otherwise there isn’t much that sets this version apart. I had the feeling it was softer than what cantillon usually serves - for me that’s not a bad thing - but I still don’t really understand the Cantillon hype.

Just weird, aroma in really briney and seafood. Taste kind of follows, like juice olives were in mixed with oysters. Better if you hold your nose, but still not pleasant. Eating based on how much I personally enjoyed this beer.

Carlos pagame la gasolina. Hay que tenerlos muy bien puestos para hacer algo asi. OK, lleva a alga y sabe a algas pero esto no es ético. Huele y sabe a mar. Es pescado en salmuera. Truco: si te tapas la nariz esta buena. PD: Media hora después repite

There might be some decent note from the seaweed, but this beer is totally WRONG. Worst zwanze for me, hands down. The sea note has taken over, and not a clean sea, like the ones in Campania full of illegal dumping with mussels growing everywhere...

After a long day of drinking this did not hit the spot. Almost rotten brine. Imagine it’s what algae would taste like. Way off the 2022 Zwanze and can’t imagine it’ll be redone.

J’ai découvert ça en draft, tellement originale que j’étais obligé d’essayer. Pour être honnête, l’odeur est vraiment forte mais plutôt agréable par rapport à ce que j’imaginais. Je l’ai bu en galopin , très spéciale et unique. Ce n’est pas mon style

I absolutely hate this. I was drinking next to someone who loved it. I try not to yuck someone’s yum. This tasted like sea water, crab, and pickle juice. The smell was incredibly offensive.
