4.4 - beautiful nose of fresh cherry flesh. Very good expression of red fruit, however imo 8 years is too much: the acetic acidity has started obfuscating the more interesting notes of cherry stones and any herbal/spice notes there may have been. 1/

Still top 3 LPK vintage for me after 2013, and right before 2011. So delicious, perfect kriek. Cinnamon, almond, deeeeep cherry for days. A super pie. And that pairing with a delicious chocolate surrounding a raspberry jelly made from spent fruits, wow.
