Some nice funk. Apricot from the yeast heavily present on the nose. Some bitterness lingering on the finish

Cantillon funk nose. Surprising fruity like presence in body with a dry, dank musty finish

Pour l’avoir bue dans son jeune temps je dois dire que je trip autant à ce stade, bien que c’est différent. Fromagé, herbacé. Un funk tout simplement incroyable

LC 4/18 - Blue cheese funk, mild hops, lots of minerality, a surprising amount of acidity for the vintage (ie being 4 years young), and a mild green apple sweetness rounding it.

Big funk, lemon, tart green apple, peach. Beautiful day!

LCI. Blind share. Surprised how much I enjoyed this. Looking forward to to seeing how different vintages develop over time. Mild bite, dry, barrel thin funk

Mindblowing. Thanks, Maksim O. Very complex, extremely tasty, saisonish, wonderful beer. Cantillon at it’s best.

This vintage is really hitting its stride right now. Bright hoppy character (some citrus notes) combined with classic cantillon funk

Fantastic. Very floral and slightly bitter. Just gets better as it warms in the glass. The presence of hops is just perfect.

Super well aged beer. Exceptional fruitness and funk. Really nice taste of yellow stonefruits. Kot of layers but still very easy drinkable delicious blend.

Bark and bite. Tart, funky, dry, and we'll carbonated. Thanks Patrick

these are better when fresh. this is good, but not great. pretty funky but aged iris is much better than aged csg.

This is drinking amazingly at ~5y.o. Floral, muted hop profile, typical lemon/lime cantillon profile. Balanced acidity. some funk on nose and minerality on palate. Easy to drink this 75 all by myself!
