Superbe nez de fleur de sureau bouche sureau et piment d'espelette le goût du piment qui fait plaisir, directement ça s'aligne sur le palais c'est fabuleux, très rond bien gourmande c'est impressionnant! 👏🍻

Big fan of this one! Fresh, dry and tart elderflower, perfect acidity, apricot, old wooden cellar, rustic. Will definitely seek out this vintage again. 4.65

Awesome stuff. Loads of elderflower, thick, woody, nicely sour, some sweetness and a little bit of bitterness I don’t really like that much. Still, very awesome.

Very flowery, also vinegary. Bit peppery too, which is quite nice. Wait, there's some bell pepper notes here too. Brilliant balance.
