1 e basta! Molta verdura, piu simile a una zuppa che a una birra. Molta barbabietola sempre presente, verdure da brodo vegetale, acidità controllata, melograno.

Fresh beetroot juice, earthy, muddy & sweet. More cooked beet to taste and then an almost sour cherry/ white grape note mixed with soft leather and a hint of tobacco-a winner.

Zapach buraki, kwaśne, trochę jak barszcz czerwony bez przypraw, intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, od groma buraka, mało funky, lekko jakby ocet się pojawiał, ciekawe, ale nie do wypicia w większych ilościach.

Fresca y crujiente, muy terrosa, sabe a remolacha (mucho) pero también a grosella y rosas. Gran equilibrio dulce-ácido con final seco, muy bebestible.

Beetroot, beetroot and lots of beetroot. Really earthy as you'd expect, not as tart as I expected. Sharp and clean at the back end.

Refreshingly vegetal. The beet is very apparent, but the tartness and cantillon funk carries a long finish. Delicious! (Zwanze inspired beet toasty in background)
