今回のはドライ目でカンティヨンらしい味わい。ハスカップの味わいに、ランビックらしい酸味もあり、ちょっとスパイシー。かなりバランス良いな。こちらの方が好み。

Very nice haskap berries, wonderfull dark berries jam, light funk. Beautiful balance. Flavour is light glue, soft sourness, tart fruit skins, a bit thin, light sour finish.

Sweet aromas of mixed berries and jam-like sweetness in a vigorous and rustic wild-funkiness. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium-bodied. This sweet-wine-like beer has tart acidity, sweetness of mixed berry juice, and woody, lemony, and malty characters.

A day late but psyched to enjoy some of Cantillion draft. So far this is may favorite. Not easy to describe !

Vaikken nyt lambiceista erityisemmin perustakaan, niin pakkohan se on paikan nimeäkin tukea. Haskatoon berry Quabecista osoittautui sinikuusamaksi, mikä ikinä se onkaan. Mutta ihan hauska ja raikas.
