Such a tasty brew. Lots of sweet cognac barrel. I'm sure with a bit more time and funk the next bottle will be perfection.

Cantillon days at Anchorage brewing..... Bottle pour for this one. Funky, dry and a definite earthy taste.

Aussi bon que la dernière fois! Excellente version de cette bière quoique qu’elles sont pour moi toutes fabuleuses jusqu’à présent.

4.4-闻香轻乳酸、水果自然发酵产生的刺鼻感、微臭，杏李果汁感挺好，酸度中，辣喉又甜甜的，中后段胡椒、杏仁风味。

橙黄浑浊外观。无泡沫。闻香有一些酸，湿木，尾段有点皮革臭。杏子酸靠前但是很快变成甜味，酸橙果味很重，涩味显著，回口带点优雅的苦。

Really solid lambic. Aged in cognac barrels. Really nice sour beer w some good complexity. Light fruitiness up front w smooth tartness. Lightly sharp barrel note w slight booze edge. Drinks pretty smooth w a light acidity. Overall really solid sour ale.

Softer and more mellow than I remember. Full bodied farmy goodness, the only think I would touch is the acetic, bit otherwise a beauty!

Bastante similar a como la recordaba, creo que siempre la he tenido idealizada. Tiene el punto distintivo a barrica.

Always love this one. Big woody oak notes, vanilla on the nose and on the taste. Cognac is there too, and it complements the funky tanginess well. 50N with a view of the Eiffel Tower under a rainbow?? Fuck, man.

The cognac is very intense(and complex) and combines perfectly with the lambic full of the typical Cantillon funk.
