Ya me puedo morir tranquilo. Se nota mucho el papel de las uvas en esto, con recuerdos a vino blanco. Delicada, limpia y compleja.

Still very good but the more I drink it the more I feel it still need to age a bit. There’s a little acetic to it that doesn’t feel right.

Vraiment un truc de fou, une effervescence magnifique accompagnée par la douceur légèrement sucrée des 9 cépages blanc, du bois, acid fruité, malté. Juste un sans faute c'est parfait

Hmmm.. Definitely changed in the last few months.. Grapes and lemon all over the palette with a lingering sweetness! Good, but liked it a lot better a few months ago..
