A blend of 9 different (grape) pomaces and 2-year-old lambic. Ouahouu.. Hyper doux, pas mal de goût. Bulles très légère.

Really amazing stuff. Such a well balanced grape quality. Almost dill & coriander flavors. Floral, citrus, stone fruit, light funk, vinous oak.
