Parel van een druiven Lambik met ideale combo van de druiven en de funk die er zeer mooi door komen. Mooi zuurtje, koolzuur dat heerlijk parelt op de tong, veel hout, zeer aangenaam zuurtje en droge finish met weer veel hout en funk

Foamier than previous bottles, but still so good. Mildly dank nose with notes of red wine and overripe lemony funk. Palate follows, suggestions of waxy cherry skin, red grape. Slight harshness to the finish.

Favourite one of the night. Juicy, slightly jammy red fruits/grapes. Not too funky at all, absolutely love it. The gang is converting me into a sour head 👌👌👌

Most complex & balanced in the bunch for me. Lively carb, full fruit, & signature funk. I believe this is the one that came from the brewery directly compared to the other 2. Something I can have on a daily basis (if only not to hard to find)!

Gotta love drogone. Fruity, light, vinous, light tanins. Notes of red forest berrirs, raspberry. Nice!

Nice Drogone. Enjoyed more than the 2022 had semi-recently. This one seemed a bit more evolved in terms of the woody and lightly tannic/peppery finish, without sacrificing brightness and fragrance of the fruit. Light in body.

This is really nice. Tannic, oak, red fruit, black pepper on nose. Flavor is more fruity with oak and pepper, get a lot of Kriek notes. Dry finish. Thanks Ryan for generously sending me this.

Straightforward acidity upfront that goes away after opening, tannic, red berries, very shy lambic for its age. Not ready imo.

Hapu, marjane, viinamarjane, hapekas, viinamarjasuhkur, tanniinine, hape on mõõdukas. Lõpp on suht kuiv. Väga hea. 4.1. Vein on ka huvitav, väga kuiv.

Red berries, grape skins and very slight lactic notes in the aroma. Tender refined and quite dry palate. Grapes, red berries in the taste. Slight peppery notes. Refined, quite light blend. Delicious.
