No 7 on the left. Subtle grape presence but that presence is dominating. Complex but drinkable.

Not quite as tart as the nose promises, but beautiful fruity, light and complex, with a dry vinous tannins finish.

I loved the 2020, this guy is just as good, funky and wine fruitiness. Real tasty. Good stuff

葡萄感強く、酸味。ランビックらしいというよりは現代的なイメージ。爽やかな酸味とちょっとの植物感。Drogoneの2018と飲み比べたがまあ印象はあるかな。ワインの方は果実味強めで少し渋味強め、アルコール感。南の濃厚さ。ただ、好みとしてはランビックの方が酸で切れて良いなあ。

C'est vraiment très bon. Bien équilibré à souhait. Beau côté vineux et raisin, superbe funk du lambic, mais en gardant la texture propre à Cantillon. C'est vraiment une réussite. Un plaisir. Merci encore Mich.

Très intéressante, on goûte bien le vin, le fruit est là, un peu astringent, finale en douceur.

LCI. Et de 2000 pour terminer un super week-end. Tout ce que j'aime dans les lambic à base de raisin, on est dans l'entre deux, entre le vin et la bière, avec une carbo absente ou presque. Très fruité et funky, avec de légers tanins. Super !

Just wonderful. You can feel red wine, cherry, and raspberry characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. This is a very unique one among Cantillon beers. Clean, dry, refreshing, and cool. Not what I expected but a welcome surprise.

Fantastic. Slightly sweet, vinous red grape skins, balanced acidity. Nutty oak finish. Cindy’s favorite.

When I first tried this in last year, it was really hard to differentiate whether natural wine or lambic. After bottle conditioned, more but subtle carbonarion gives weight for lambic. Juicy and vivid grape flavor.
