Soirée 100% Cantillon 5/11. Comme une OG dry hoppé au Hallertau. Beau coté floral, un peu citronné.

Fou comment le houblon se mêle au lambic de base. Quand même pas mal de hops pour 2.5 ans d'age, mais aussi assez acre et pas mal acide... je suis de plus en plus sensible à l'acidité et 750ml de lambic je trouve ça beaucoup! Gros merci à ma tante Momo!!!

A: dzikość, sporo kwiatów, ciut cytrusy S: kwaśnawe, już troszkę słodkie akcenty utlenienia w ciut miodowe klimaty, funky, cytryna, trochę njjaki finisz. Spoko 4,0

Clear light copper color. Grapefruit, apricot like aroma with elderflower, hay, honey, wood, herbs like flavor. Strong tartness, mild bitterness, no or hint of sweetness. Medium carbonation, medium body. Grapefruit, wood like aftertastes. Excellent!

Got a slight petrol/diesel note and overripe fruit. Very nice.
