Drinking with a stranger (potential new friend) at monk's. I've missed this. Soooo good. Balanced. Hits you with the bite of chardonnay and deepens into a lovely funk that's gone too soon. Also, it's crazy loud outside right now.

Strong lemony acid notes. Cheesy funk. Really smooth, rich mouthfeel. Poured a glass and let it sit for like 10 mins, head was exactly the same as when I poured it.

Creamy mouthfeel, grapefruit, light cheesy funk, minerality, oak, vanilla. Bone-dry finish. This is a goddamn Friday beer. 😍

Intensywny, cierpki, kwaskowy aromat. W smaku solidna doza cierpkości, nawet taka przesadzona, pestkowa, tarninowa, ale tu świetnie pasująca. Kwaskowe, z zaznaczoną goryczką. Wytrwane, a jednocześnie bardzo pijalne. Świetne. 😷

Je n’aurais pu dire mieux que Charlo G. : on dirait vraiment un lambic-spinay. Super doux en bouche, pas d’acidité dérangeante, c’est floral et on a du citron en fin de gorgé. C’est magnifique.
