Does what it says on the, er, bottle. Classic gueuze salt and vinegar tartness. Lovely.

Tart and funky. An excellent beer to reminisce about our beer journey to Cantillon 3 years ago.

Odd Breed bottle share Bottled: 10/05/2021 Should be new white label but Cantillon won’t waste old labels

Celebrating my new promotion & my vacation with this sensational beverage. Wood, yeast, apple, grass and moss aromas perfectly balanced by a controlled and delicate acidity along with a subtle carbonation. Complexe and elegant, this beer is a real beauty!

This never disappoints. Tart, loads of hay and stable. Oily mouthfeel, ends with nice sourness. Really solid, always a treat.

Classic Cantillon from 2021. Highly tasty and solid lambic with effervescent mouthfeel. Notes of lemon zest, funky yeast, stable and oak. Dry aftertaste. I tried this first time 10 years ago and I didn't like it. Foolish me, this is excellent.

Siempre es bonito recordar y abrir lo más clásico de Cantillon, más en el Zwanze day. Gueuze de manual muy balanceada y equilibrada.
