15 avril Pasta Madre. 😑 On a faillit repartir avec Le Plaisir mais le meilleur des pires serveurs a fini son shift alors il pouvait pu fouarrer. un verre c’est assez.

Another beautiful brew by Cantillon. The white wine tones come through in the nose and the core, giving some real floral depth to this. Tart and warming at the same time. Awesome.
