4.35. So interesting and also different from the usual aunis. Spicy, so much peppery, really like no other, a bit of cinnamon, then the wine shows a bit shy. Good, not the best vintage.

15 avril. Salle Ogivale Tasting Moeder. J’ai jamais trippé sur Lambic d’Aunis. Je trouve difficile de faire ressortir le cépage dans la bière, je trouve que ça apporte peu. Le vin lui était fucking bon!!!! Trop glou glou. RIP Olivier though

Wazig rood/roze, roodfruit, druiven, vanille, noten, biscuit, houttonen en licht tannine. Mooie fruitige, frisse en knisperende lambic.
