Hyper doux et léger. Au nez le champignon prédomine un peu trop. En bouche c'est bien frais et le sucre résiduel est bien structuré. Ça se boit tout seul

Sour and tart, fruity, earthy. Red grapes, blackberries, funk, topsoil. Very vinous, surprisingly soft. Delicious.

Le raisin est là, les tanins présents mais sans trop, une belle longueur, du funk sans débordements, bonne boisson.

My first basket experience! There is a certain theatre around having to unlock the special cupboard to break out the lambics and what a beer. Loads of grape skins and tanning characters with a bit of redcurrant. The tingle of greatness.

W aromacie szambienko i czerwone owoce. W smaku się sporo dzieje. Stajnia, słodkie maliny, czerwone owoce, dużo suchego drewna, skórkowe, taniczne, subtelnie ściąga na finiszu, może lekki ocet. Fajne kurde. 4.4

Friday socialising beer 3: phenolic blueberry, blackberry, mustiness, nice amounts of Cantillon’s funk, earthy, oaky. Less dirty than usual. Very minimal acidity. Amazing stuff. Pretty much neck and neck with Mamouche for their best seasonal.

Küll on veinine, viinamarja väät on siin tünnis ligunenud. Seekord on seda pudelis piisav kogus. Väga tüüne hapukus lõpus, ainult beebi-äädikas kergelt tärkav. Tekitab maos reipa uudishimu.

Am Ende des Tages kehrt noch nicht genug Ruhe ein. Ansonsten grapy und gehäutete Kirsche und so schön dry
