Not going to rank this bottle. Nice Apricot notes but super acidic. Very little funk but almost Casey level acidity. Not the fou I know.

How is this from grapes? I just get red apple. Like a complex cider mixed with lambic.

This could easily pass as a natural wine. So much grape funk, the amphora fermentation makes this really different. Still quite sweet, some green grapes as well. Bottled 2018,released 2019 according to Jean Moeder.

Fresh and complex, reminds me of grapes, specifically the taste when you accidentally bite a grape seed. Interesting!

First time I understand what horseblanket means in a taste description. Dusty on the nose. Light sourness and funky notes on the palate and some lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Fascinating!
