15 avril. Salle Ogivale Tasting Moeder. Le vin, pas dans mes cordes pantoute. C’est drôle parce que toutes les Drogones buent en Belgique je les trouve très light par rapport à celle bu avec Louis, Bass et Daniel l’été passée

Lighter when doing a side-by-side with b1 even if I enjoyed a lot this taken alone. Lacks some lambic and wine-forward intensity. Surely good and vinous with tannic note but it is too light in this moment. Powerful grape mouthfeel and fine dryness. 4.20

More like champagne than what I’m used to with Cantillon. Really good funk and very sessionable. Much better than others for people who aren’t big sour fans.

Battle 6: italiaanse druiven. Perfect gepaard met de sangiovese. Droog, kruidig maar mss net iets minder body.
