28 October 2019. 375ml. Super funky, a bit of damp paper, slightly oxidized which adds some complexity to it. Bright lemony acidity, somewhat restrained. Refreshing and lovely.

1/23/19 bottle. It’s sad when classic Gueuze is getting votes for worst in show. Pool chlorine.

Love the soft funkiness that Cantillon always brings. This one seemed more rustic and horse blankety than other batches I've had which is a good thing imo.

Funk, green apples, minerals, light oxidization. Tartness almost into vinegar. While it is good it is also clear I much prefer 3F oude geuze. 4.15

Phenolische, weiche Nase mit durchschimmern der Frucht. Schmeckt sanftsauer, erfrischend bizzelnd, leicht fruchtig und behält sich die phenolische Note angenehm im Hintergrund. 4,3, mindestens.

07Nov2019, 37.5cl bottle. Mellow funk and acidity. Fresh green apples. Good pop up on opening but poured with almost no head.

Carb is off on this. Cork didn’t pop at all, and it’s almost completely still. It’s still tasty but I don’t think I’ve ever had an off bottle of gueuze from Cantillon before.

20 OCTOBER 2019 - Confident the year is correct and pretty sure on the month, but making my best guess on the day. One of the more funky bottles of the regular Gueuze I've had from Cantillon.
