11/23/21 herbal, and green grape forward. Thought the bottle of this date was better in May. Paired with some lemon banana sherbert from 🦊 Wellness in Denver. 4.1

Grape like taste with elegant astringency and tartness. Red grape like color. Grape, wood, hay like aroma and flavor. Medium tartness and sweetness, mild bitterness. Medium carbonation, medium body. Grape like aftertastes.

The sweetest and least acidic/sour Cantillon beer I've ever drunk! The aroma is that of a Lambrusco, actually they use Merlot grapes. My first time at Diorama!

Bordel mais que c’est acide. Les molaires font la ola au fond du râtelier. C’est sec, bretté et vineux.
