Pretty awesome at first- stone fruit orange wine jammer- but then got super isovaleric and sulfuric as it warmed. Mixed feelings. Enjoyed at Playboy Hollywood Jazz Fest.

This time b2 is better than b1, much more intense and persistent, drinkable but it has a very big problem: this one is acetic, way too much, and that's not what I'm searching out of a lambic. 3.85 just cause I'm a good guy.

Białe owoce z funky, jest taki przeobrażający się ocet, trochę jak kombucha, malucha niestety wychodzi, mokre drewno, cytrusy. Finisz niestety kapuściany, nawet lekko mdlący i ocet. Słabiej niż zapamiętałem 3.7

Unique, interesting and complex.. not my favorite, bitter orange character, slight oloroso, woody. Maybe needs time to integrate better.

No se como clasificar bien esto basándose en Cantillon. Sabe a ushun de los postres clásicos donde los abuelos pagaban la cuenta. Acidez matadora y con algo de vino algo agrio.

Dość ciężkie, drewniane, tokaj przeważa, ale wychodzi też kiszona kapusta. No tak średnio bym powiedział to wyszło jak na lambika z winogronami. Nut funky relatywnie mało.

Unique. Heavy white grapes, moderate acidity, odd finish. I am curious how this one evolves over many years, but tastes too young at the moment.
