Another beautiful brew by Cantillon. The white wine tones come through in the nose and the core, giving some real floral depth to this. Tart and warming at the same time. Awesome.

Vinous white grapes, spicy gooseberries, mild great funky fruity complexity, dry finish and soft acidity. Fantastic.

Grape forward, some citrus and moderate acidity. Wet wood and some floral notes in the aftertaste. It follows the latest delicate white grape offerings from Cantillon. ⬇️4.40. Cheers to Mike for sharing this one.

Another one from the last weekend tasting. Another white wine lambic. It has all the characteristics of GB such as herbaceous & citrus notes, apple & acidity. Some stone fruits too. Kinda sweet. Nice. 4.40⬇️

Ripe grapes mixed with juicy gooseberries. High on Mineral Horse. Sweet. White pepper. Grape peel funk. Some interesting and sparkling rhubarb at the end.

Très cool. Encore une fois bien vineuse, raisin bien présent, mais un peu trop de sucres résiduels (ou l'impression de sucres en tout cas)
