Never had a spiced lambic like this. A bit weird. Some dish detergent, cumin/cardamom. Totally tart and absence of balance. Not my cup of tea. Full of astringency in the aftertaste.

Awesome to try this one! Very floral. Cardamom is pretty overpowering initially, but becomes more subtle. Fun experience!

Definitely a unique beer. Very interesting. Weird at first but it gets better after a few sips. Very herbal.

375ml bottle shared in 3. A rare opportunity to taste this one brewed for the 2 Michelin stars restaurant Bon Bon. Cardamom Smell is super strong. Tastes better than the smell.

Œil : jaune, col fin. Nez : grosse notes de cardamome, léger pamplemousse. Bouche : cardamome puissant, bien équilibré, légère acidité, herbeux, notes de pamplemousse. Intéressant !

JVR looking kinda erotic on this label. Perfect amount of cardamom mixed in with classic loon bugs, wood, citrus, and foreign hash/spice. Silky mouthfeel, and unbelievably complex. 4.6

Bottled 10/1/18. Woodsy herbals, foreign spices/hashish, cardamom in the nose, juniper, lemon lime, airborne bacteria, almond, lemongrass, and iced tea. Love the mouthfeel on this one.

Clear blond/amber beer, thin creamy eggshell head. Aroma: cardamom, farmhouse, earthy, Brett. Taste: dry, sour, smooth, herbal, cardamom (a bit overpowering), low bitterness and astringency. Low carbonation.

마무슈같은 엘더플라워, 꽤나 젠틀한 모든 캐릭터, 스톤프룻 느낌은 적은 괴즈에 목구멍에 남는 스파이시 살짝. 민티함, 풀 씹는 느낌도 살짝 첨가 좋다. 약간 흰후추 느낌도 있는 듯
