Also very nice. Loads of dry vinous sherry flavors. Dusty grape skin. Light funk, drying oak.

First sip was a bit sharp, but it is growing on me a lot. Quite nice! (Bottled 03 September 2021.)

闻上去白葡萄马厩臭，入口清甜白葡萄汁和一丝话梅的酸味作为辅助，略微的马厩臭，整体清甜舒服，稍带一丝酸味，干净清爽

Lambic et vin se mélangent très bien. Le côté vin est plus présent que dans des lambics au raisins, ça flex grav. Très légèrement pétillant.

A little bit of the lambic for a Monday afternoon. Enjoying a fruity red grape beer that was aged in sherry barrels and gives a smooth sherry compliment to the great tasting lambic.

Bottled 03 September 2021. Dark orange, clear, no head. Nose is nice warming wood, mirabelle, tannic dessert wine. Taste is smooth, tart. Dried grapes, vineyard peach skin. Subtle oxidation. A hint of vinegar.

Sherryvat zal gok ik een kleine rode draad van de dag zijn. Bij deze zit eik en droge sherry er lekker in; beetje appel en nootjes, misschien had ik bij deze iets meer verwacht van de basis lambiek. Schone opener alleszins!
