Kind of like a better version of 3F Hommage. Tart raspberry with some funk. Love it, but I don't know if I find it groundbreaking compared to Hommage which is so much more obtainable.

Brine, jammy raspberry, light cashew fruit on the nose; perhaps a touch of sage. Raspberry, stewed raspberry, herbs De Provence, sage, balanced acidity. Mushroom.

Cellar temps. Opened with a satisfying pop and foam gathered in the neck. Pours clearish until the last 75ml, then Hello Murk. Nose is still very raspberry, with suggestions of pith / stem, and a very soft funk. Palate follows, juicier raspberry and still

Gros nez de confiture de framboise, en bouche le fruit a en beaucoup perdu même si on le goûte encore. A boire plus jeune et selon moi ne pas faire vieillir.

Je me permets un 5 pour ce produit si exceptionnel. Ça bat, et de loin, la Jester King. L'amalgame entre la framboise et la gueuze est parfait. Pas trop acide ni trop sucrée. Effervescence plutôt faible.

Grande Dégu #19 - Meilleur que la Jester King en étant plus équilibré et plus complexe! Confiture, mais accompagné par une bonne acidité! Funk des levures boisé qui rajoute de belles dimensions en bouche! Effervescence de fou! La photo est bof 😬😅!

Ook deze frambozen hebben hun zuurste tijd gehad. Lijken een beetje muffig te zijn worden. Duidelijke houttonen en een wrange afdronk. Aardse smaakjes. Op zich wel weer een mooie hoor.
