Kergelt kohupiimane, viinamarjane, nõrgalt vaniljene. Väga pehme, aga korralik hape, mis lonks lonksu järel muutub domineerivamaks. Hea katsetus, tsipake võiks mineraalsust rohkem olla.

16 avril. Les Brigittines. Déco la plus ancienne jamais vu dans un resto. C’est drôle. Belle intégration du raisin. Mais hâte de voir ça avec de l’âge.

It takes a little bit to open up, remains still a bit too easy for the beer it is, but in the end a nice brew with so much from the barbera grapes. Not the one you'll remember for days, but a decent one. 4.2
