Green olive on the first sip, and definitely briney, but really mellowed as it went and the base beer started to come through.

Udało się jeszcze dorwać. No bardzo smaczne. Dzikie, słone, z delikatnym morskim akcentem. A nawet nie tak delikatnym. Czuć że ta sałata tu jest dodana. Bardzo fajnie że takie rzeczy się dzieją zaraz obok i oby więcej takich wydarzeń!!!

Salt, lemon and odd fruit on the nose with iodine in the undertone. Tart and bitter on the tongue. As it warms the odd notes in the nose come forward and into the taste. Aggressively salty by the end e with powerful iodine flavors. Weird beer!

Salty, herbal, tea, oolong tea, iodine, hay, dried grassy, mineral, mushroom, sea weed. Distinctive.

This was totally not what I expected from an algae/seaweed beer. Instead of intense brine I got tons of tropical fruit mixed in with some herbal qualities. Papaya salad vibes, ultra creamy from tap and quite thick in comparison to normal geuze.

Una latita de mar lámbica. Aroma a algas y mejillones, que continua en boca. Salina, mineral, puntito dulce muy ligero. También ligeramente especiada. Limón, también algo como umami a soja. Nada clásica, muy diferente. Acidez nada punzante, redondeada.

Super unique brew, crazy nose. Again I would love to try this with a few years on it. Not very funky, more fruity. Brine notes come out as it warms

Very different. Slight sweetness at first but then a sort of cheesy and iodine like aftertaste. Actually, very good. I really enjoyed it.

感谢韩国朋友留给我半瓶让我有机会对比不同瓶子间的不同。结论:一模一样(对于这样一瓶新酒来说是理所当然的结果)。相比Zwanze Day喝到的生啤版,这款无论在闻香还是品尝上都更淡。不再有山楂味,变成了淡淡的海洋咸味。尝起来从牡蛎的感觉变成了海藻。素食主义者会更喜欢这一版…

Aaay amigos, esto es como el cine independiente...tal vez no se entienda del todo, tal vez incluso te disguste un poco..pero el concepto, el trasfondo, es algo muy tocho y nada casual. A mi me ha trasportado a Bruselas con una cacerola de Mussels delante.
