Need to be settle still. Not much balance and it has a long moment of void which is not supported by lambic. Tastes like pomace and grape juice/some young wine. Dry, mildly acidic. I enjoyed much more 2019 in comparison. 3.60

軽やかで甘めの葡萄ジュースだなあ。ちょっとレモニーな酸味。後口は酸強め。おとなしやかで奇麗な現代的なランビックだなあ。

この約一週間で結構味変わったな。タンブラーはカンティヨンらしい味わいメインでかなり好み。ワイングラスは先週のニュアンスあり、甘やかさあるブドウジュース。今週の方がランビックらしいな。うん。時間置いたタンブラーか良いね。

酸味とフルーティさ。今回はリンゴ的なニュアンス強いな。あれ？二口目はランビック的な感じも強くなるも、リンゴ感も強く。いやまあ、勿論シードルと言うには柑橘ニュアンスの酸味強いのだが。ふうむ。前回あたりが好みであったな。時間経つと、温んで来ると？、葡萄も少し。まあ、じっとり系+フルーティな複雑さという感じ。 あ、もしかしたら、花粉症発症したせいもあるかな。そう言えば。
