Rhubarb is mild, pleasant, and structured. Carb dissipates quickly. While it shows low acidity, it’s also watery and dull, lacking the driving funk this beer deserves. Weakest bottle of Nath I’ve had in awhile.

Really unique bottle here. That rhubarb flavor on top of the funk... Never had anything like it.

Mira que el ruibarbo no es mi fuerte, pero aquí he de reconocer que aporta una sutileza de agridulce y amargo que hace el trago superequilibrado. Una joyita.

Funky, fruttatissima. Le altre annate che ho provato erano molto più vegetali e non mi erano piaciute. Stavolta invece il rabarbaro porta forti note floreali, mielose. Validissima.

First thing, I hate rhubarb! But this beer is excelent!!! Incredible stuff really. If you have the opportunity, you have to drink at least one glass ☝🏻 Forgot to take a photo 😖

[Late Check In] As a fan of rhubarb, I'm always excited to see Nath get poured. Nose has some noticable raspberry notes among the funk. Drinks very light, which let's the rhubarb open up. The raspberries come in more towards the back. Great bottle.
