Nez foin / funk / cuir / écurie, c'est vraiment foufou dans le verre. La baie d'argousier est légère sur l'attaque, on a un gros kick funky qui reste longtemps en bouche.

Special lambic with Finnish seabuckthorn. Tart, funky, some hay and stable. Moderately sour. Seabuckthorn has such a unique flavor I was hoping it would be a bit more prominent. Delicious neverthless.

Vinous but somewhat fruity berry aroma. Light-bodied, not very sour and slightly dry mouthfeel. Juicy tyrni flavor with some wood and vinousness.

375ml bottle - lost checkin from last night. Had a septic field funk nose. Plenty of barnyard funk on the palate (which was better than the nose), plus some dried berry notes. 4.15

BL. Really unique and odd😅. Big oceanic vibes. Salt water, sea buckthorn, seaweed, red currant, old wood, very light red grape. Balanced acidity. Not for everyone, and not my favourite Cantillon, but it's a fun drinking experience🌊.

Buckthorn is light but the gueze is great. Maybe time will make this better?
