Ewidentnie wytrawniejsze niz calkiem swieze, ale tez nieco wyzsza kwasnosc i pewnie z tych jagod czy tam ich skorek - ewidentna pekka tanicznosc. Owocowosc nadal intensywna, calosc chyba lepsza niz na swiezo

Unusual, rich aroma of stewed blueberries, redcurrants & cranberries, masking any musty oak barrels, with soft lactic notes & subtle funk; taste is rich jammy berries soaked in lime juice, oak barrel tannin bitterness & peppery funk; then jammy red wine.

Tart yet earthy nose with hints of beetroot and blueberry. Body has a pretty floral perfume, soft dark berries and a green leaf freshness. The earthy notes stop this being too acidic add to the slightly muddy taste.

Blauwe bessen, bramen, bloemen, aarde tonen en honing in de geur. Bessen, aarde tonen en bloemen in de smaak. Mooie wrange afdronk

Dauernase, Frucht; Pflaume? Antrunk sehr sauer, fruchtig, definitiv Pflaume. Langer Nachall mit sauerem Ende.

Still my least favourite Cantillon beer aside from Parasol. It’s not as rough as the older Camerise versions. A new label does wonders for hype.

Équilibre et légèreté. On a ici un fruit très fin sur une base lambic douce. A mon gout trop fine et discrète je dirais que c'est très bon mais trop pointu. A voir dans quelques années quand le lambic aura pris en force

Geen typische Cantillon. Vrij dun, wat waterig zelfs, zurig, fruit neemt het over van de funk. Wat wrang. Later walst het wat meer zoals we gewend zijn

Ik ken het fruit niet (honingbes). Redelijk zuur, fruitig, roséwijn, stekelbes, veel carbonatie

An initial sour shock. Then the realisation that I should have had this as first beer of the evening and not the last. Need to have it again to do it justice

About the same as my last. Draft softens the roughness but it’s still very much there.

Like drinking some sort of berry juice. Not bad but definetly not worth the price of 11€.

Super in der Nase, frucht, Vanille, Fass. Geschmacklich sauerkirsche, etwas bitter, bleibt lange am Gaumen. Etwas dumpf in der Bitterkeit.
