4.30 I Dominant beautiful grape notes on the nose as well as on the palate. Nicely balanced and virtually no carbonation. Slightly dry on the finish

Rather sweetish on the nose and very pleasant on the palate. An elegant and not too pronounced acidity. A good start on the second visit to Cantillon.

Saint Lamvinus Grand Cru (2019)
Personally, I would have expected a little more from this beer. Nevertheless, it has a nice grape note in the nose as well as on the palate. However, in my opinion, again a bit too earthy/woody on the palate and dry on the finish.

Finally I get to try one of my big ISO. Very nice notes of grapes, light note of green apple and a very pleasant acidity. I love it โฅ๏ธ. Thanks ttt ๐๐ป

Another great ISO on my part. Super happy to be able to taste this beer. Very nice grape note, a slight sweetness on the palate and a nice but not too dominant dryness in the finish. Wonderful โฅ๏ธ

Blรฅbรฆr Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) (2021)
Not quite one of my favorites. Blueberries come out very nicely. However, in my opinion a bit too dry and musty in the finish

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2017)
Honey and a slightly woody on the nose. Again honey and apple on the palate and a very decent acidity. A bit flat in my opinion. I'm not a big fan of it to be honest (4.20)

Very nice and pronounced white grape note on the nose as well as on the palate. Light and pleasantly dry finish with a very nice drinkability. Gladly more of it

(4.30) - old Raspberry in the Nose as well in the Palate. The Fruit is not as fresh as i would personally prefere. The Tart-and Sourness is totally gone. Not one of my favourite Cantillon but still very drinkable
over 3 years ago
#2 - nice Berries Flavour in the Palate. Not very Sour imo. Tart/dry and unfortunately a bit flat in the Finish as well in the Aftertaste. Great Cantillon from Tap

Best Beer of the Day so far ๐. Stunning Nose (Cherry ๐ Compote) as well load of Cherry ๐ in the Palate. The Tartness is perfectly involved. Could easily drink the Bottle by myself. Absolutely my Style of Beer โค๏ธ

The very first Nose was a bit sulphur as well (same like Sophia Lambic does). After a little while of breath some lightly wine/grape Notes come through. Honestly expected a bit more from this. One more Bottle in the Cellar. Will see how develope

Unfortunately this one is absolutely not my Style. Raspberry on the Nose but way too bitter in the Palate as well in the Aftertaste. I'm so sorry ttt but this one is personally definitely not mine. But anyway - Thanks s lot ttt ๐๐ป
