Pours magnificent ruby red with a pink head of foam that somewhat remains. Earthy and leather like and barnyard/horse blanket like aromas on the nose. Sour red grape rich in dark berries and fruit leading with tangy medium to low sourness in the back.

2023. Great dank horseblanket smell with some tart grapes. More tart in taste with the funk always hanging there for nice balance and earthiness that keeps it good into finish.

Still yesterday. Near perfection. Marriage between wine and beer. Jammy, sweet, balanced with the grand cru base with funk and sourness that's unmatched. Cheers to zwanze day!

Last shared bottle from yesterday. Blend of aged lambics and merlot grapes. Tart, fruity and fragrant. Delicious red grape vibes. Absolute delight!

Middle. Nice jammy punch from the red wine grapes, nice acidity, more of a bright, mildly tart beer
