Carb is off on this. Cork didn’t pop at all, and it’s almost completely still. It’s still tasty but I don’t think I’ve ever had an off bottle of gueuze from Cantillon before.

Precision in every aspect somehow. Been a bit since I've had one of these. Didn't disappoint.

07Nov2019, 37.5cl bottle. Mellow funk and acidity. Fresh green apples. Good pop up on opening but poured with almost no head.

Phenolische, weiche Nase mit durchschimmern der Frucht. Schmeckt sanftsauer, erfrischend bizzelnd, leicht fruchtig und behält sich die phenolische Note angenehm im Hintergrund. 4,3, mindestens.

Funk, green apples, minerals, light oxidization. Tartness almost into vinegar. While it is good it is also clear I much prefer 3F oude geuze. 4.15

Love the soft funkiness that Cantillon always brings. This one seemed more rustic and horse blankety than other batches I've had which is a good thing imo.

28 October 2019. 375ml. Super funky, a bit of damp paper, slightly oxidized which adds some complexity to it. Bright lemony acidity, somewhat restrained. Refreshing and lovely.

Tragic. Corky / vinegar bottle… haven’t had a Cantilion like this in a long time - but I knew there was a problem the minute I pulled the cork. Swollen & nearly no gas - I wish it had gone Brett instead of this infection…

Bottled 21.10.2019. Next to no carbonation, no head. Seems to age like a Loerik. To retry 6 years.
