Lighter when doing a side-by-side with b1 even if I enjoyed a lot this taken alone. Lacks some lambic and wine-forward intensity. Surely good and vinous with tannic note but it is too light in this moment. Powerful grape mouthfeel and fine dryness. 4.20

More like champagne than what I’m used to with Cantillon. Really good funk and very sessionable. Much better than others for people who aren’t big sour fans.

Needs to be shared with someone else who appreciates a good Lambic. Next time, John. Complex chestnut and grape flavours tingle the tongue. Beautiful thick jam flavours come towards the end making the beer an enjoyable finish. Still prefer Fou Foune.

Oldest from the vertical but didn't get much of that signature Cantillon funk? Getting some vegetal note towards the end. 2nd rank from the tasting tonight

Very fruity, lots of red wine character that gives me ribena type aromas. Lots of barrel character but not much funk.

Very well balanced grape lambic. Lots of power from the aglianco grapes. The tannins of the grapes are dominant and more than stand up to the lambic. Slight beaujolais bubblegum note. Plenty of woody barrel. Not a subtle beer, very good.
