Lite mineraliska, druvig, vinös. Lätt, fräsch.

Very hard, green like, aroma that reminds of grappa. Very smooth on taste. Quite lovely, actually. The tannins are well balanced with the rest of the beer.

Vinosa, rotonda, gli acini sembrano passiti (aroma ricorda vagamente il fico d'india appena raccolto e sbucciato), intensa, non troppo carbonata, minerale. Finale vinoso ma non alcolico

Also red wine grapes from France but much prefer this over Trousseau. Really nice. Catherine is a big fan.

Lambic mixed with Poulsard pomace. This smells (and tastes) like a natural wine, with a hint of gueuze acidity. Wonderful.

Nose: ton of grape skin, like an orange wine. Palate: really mild, kind of tastes like watered down wine. Has some melon notes. Mineral as well.

Time ran short and we had to finish this quickly, but it was good enough to remember this was my favorite of the day. Complex sweetness with rose notes, and a chalky creamy mid pallet. Hope to find this again!

Slight blush hue to the lambik. Floral, far more than I would expect from a grape lambic but it worked well. Was not overwhelming. Very good. Favorite of the day.

Very aromatic and soft, peachy, red currant, strawberry super smooth palate, again very soft. Great tribute to Poulsard wines.

Subtle...aroma is golden raisins, taste is subdued grape must but quite vinous and slightly sweet.
