Such an amazing Gueze. Honored to drink this, as Garden Path/Great Northern was the only establishment in the state of Washington that got this beer. The notes of sea lettuce/salt water were present in the nose, but more subtle in the tasting. Wonderful!

Shitting lovely. Aroma is a medley of things but the flavour is grand. All pickley minerals, like chewing on fresh sea belt and ulva. Lil lick of a limpet in there too. Salty lad, proper special x

Delikatne, łagodne, może faktycznie delikatny banan w aromacie po sugestiach wcześniej próbujących. ;) piłbym. Mega przyjemne i pijalne.

Had to get a couple Cantillon tries on while here while it’s on the menu. Wow what a complex beer. Very acidic and salty. Sort of wrecks the palate but has a nice citrusy and clean finish.

Revisiting this in bottle this time. During Zwanze a few weeks ago it was on keg. The sea lettuce is very pungent, this a tide pool beer. Center bottle in photo

The background on this vintage is a wild story. Get a lot of sea flavors in the aroma but the flavor is mostly subtle. Nice to taste this beer to its full potential vs what we had at Zwanze Day.

Mais oui ! Gros bonus originalité qui fait que tu ne sais pas vraiment identifier le goût (algue ou pas algue) mais qui est tellement bon et agréable ! Cantillon quoi 😁
