Wine : Wow. Amazing nutty toasty sherry aroma. Toffee and caramel. Flavor more tart. Much more a dinner wine than dessert. Surprising. But lovely toasty notes. Beer : nice tartness with the dry toasty finish. Not as powerful as the wine. More elegant.

Quintessence - Cantillon Into the Wine. Sparkling Wine quite mineral aroma. Dry. And the same dryness in the beer.
